Santa Vista Subdivision is located in the Cayo District of Belize. This community is just outside the Village of Santa Familia, off of Bullet Tree Road. Our mission is a simple one; Be inclusive, affordable and independent of developer interference.

 

As the name suggests, Santa Vista is blessed with panoramic views and offers its residents  a peaceful existence only found when living in the true tropics of Belize.
